Instructions:
1. A car wheel is a whole composed of tires and wheels. However, due to manufacturing reasons, the mass distribution of each part of this assembly cannot be very uniform. When a car wheel rotates at high speed, it will form a state of dynamic imbalance, resulting in the phenomena of vehicle wheel shaking and steering wheel vibration during driving. Dynamic balance refers to the asymmetrical weight distribution generated by the force of the tire when rotating, usually at a higher speed. In the tire factory, a balancing machine installed on the tires and wheels tests the wheels. The assembly is accelerated to 300 RPM or more, and the force imbalance is measured with the tire rotation sensor.
2. For hook type balance weight, unreasonable adjustment clearance is also the cause of loss during driving.
