Wheel weight

I recently received an inquiry from an old customer, asking for a wheel balance weight product. The customer reflected that the previous product quality was very good, and it was indeed higher than the previous supplier, and the final customer feedback was very good. However, the price is relatively high, and we can see if we can give a more favorable price. Two solutions were provided to the customer, one is the current product quality and price, and the other is lower quality and lower price. The customer is a little excited about the low price, but is afraid of losing customers. At present, the customer is still considering it and looks forward to receiving good news from the customer!

Correct use of adhesive wheel balance weights:

After cleaning the wheel hub, place the adhesive balance weight on the wheel hub and check whether the curvature of the wheel hub is suitable for placing the balance weight. When placing the balance weight, still keep the protective film of the rubber strip on the back. The arc radius of the balance weight should be at least parallel to the radius of the wheel hub.
Select a suitable cleaning agent (such as 70% isopropyl alcohol solution) and carefully clean the wheel hub surface with a clean soft cloth to remove impurities and dust on the wheel hub surface. Note: The ambient temperature of the balance weight and the temperature of the wheel hub should not be lower than 16°C.
After sticking the balance weight, continue to press from the middle of the sticky balance weight to both ends. The adhesion of the balance weight strip will reach 80-90% after about 24 hours, and 100% after 72 hours.
Peel off the adhesive strip protective film on the back of the sticky weight and place the sticky weight on the wheel hub. When placing the balance weight, a pressure of not less than 100kPa should be applied from the middle of the weight to both ends.
