1.Melt the national standard refined lead ingot.

2.Formed by one-time die-casting mold.

3.Manual inspection and trimming of the four corners of the edge for regular processing.

4.Electrostatic spraying of epoxy resin, baking paint treatment of the front surface of the product, in order to achieve a more beautiful appearance, while eliminating the oxidation problem faced after long-term attachment to the wheel hub.

5.After the epoxy resin cools down, the American 3M tape is used for the pasting process. The 3M tapes are all from domestic first-level agents, and the agents are required to provide product performance test reports.

6.Artificial pasting synthesis, during the winter from November 15th to March 30th, the primer provided by the American 3M company is evenly applied on the surface of the tape to increase the viscosity and tension of the tape. After being placed at room temperature 15°-40° for 8 hours, a random inspection test is conducted. The 50g shear holding force reaches more than 75N, and the 100g shear holding force reaches more than 170N.

7.After inspection, packaging and boxing, storage
