Customer audit（II）

 

Last December, we received one requirement from our company website(www.wheelbalanceweights.com) asked for fe adhesive wheel weight. Through communication, the Russia customer is interested in our strict quality control system, and hope visit our factory in March 2019.

1st March 2019, Customers come to the appointment. We firstly lead him to visit our raw material, then the warehouse of stamping, forging, and balancing block basic molding. The customer could see there is one worker, responsible for a machine to ensure that the machine works normally , and finds problems in a timely manner, adjusts molds, and check defective products. Then we visited the salt-spray test, and the test of pulling force. We also visited how the workers paste wheel weight.
